The mobile library operator of the year is awarded in NSW, QLD and VIC in
turn coinciding with the mobile library conferences which rotate between these
states. (Wouldn't it be nice to have a National award?)

This year the award has been taken to a new height with the instigation of
the Official Mongrel's Club which consists of all holders of the mobile library
operators of the year award plus several active mobile library supporters.
