Rod Clarke of Riverina Regional Library was presented with the David Quinlivan Award for NSW Mobile Library Operator of the Year at the Online & Mobile Conference in Wentworth NSW on the 24th July 2004 by Kathleen Bresnahan representing the NSW Country Public Libraries Group.
